Whist
this section may be a small one it contains a little of the history
of a big hearted bird recognised in no small way as my country's
national one - The Red Kite. Its fight back from almost extinction
began in the upper reaches of the beautiful vale of the river Twyi
in west Wales.
I
have also included some of those birds, who's antics around a feeder
station enthrall us on those cold and bitter winter mornings whilst
we watch them from the warmth of our homes.
The
photographs in this section are just some of those from a very large
portfolio of birds by Mr Brian Taylor, an ex military employee who
on becoming retired has become an amateur photographer. Thank you
Brian for allowing me to include them in my website.
